[VIP Membership]

• Membership-based benefits and membership validity are determined according to Shinsegae Duty Free’s membership policy.
• If your current membership level is equivalent to or higher than the provided level, it will not be changed.
• The validity period of your current membership level will be maintained.
• The discount rate for some brands and products may vary or may not be available depending on brand policy.

[Shopping Voucher]

• Can be used only by foreign individual travelers at Shinsegae Duty Free Offline Stores(Myeongdong, Incheon Int’l Airport T1,T2). It will disappear automatically upon expiry. (Group tours and guide-accompanied tourists are not eligible)
• Cannot be used for some brands depending on the policy of Shinsegae Duty Free or the respective brand.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with another Shopping Voucher.(one type of Shopping Voucher per receipt only).
• This benefit is applied to a purchase amount after any membership and product discounts.
• If a purchase made with a Shopping Voucher is canceled or refunded and it is expired as of the date of cancelation, the voucher will not be reissued or refunded.
• Cannot be ceded to a third party or exchanged for cash.

[F&B Coupon]

• Purchases of certain brands or products that have already been discounted by at least 30% and complimentary benefits (e.g. shopping vouchers) do not count toward the purchase amount required by reward event.
• Please be sure to check the event page and F&B Coupon usage precautions on the back.
• When cancelling or returning a purchase such that the total purchase amount fall below the threshold of this event, all gifts must be returned. If the gift have already been used, an equivalent amount must be returned in cash. (KRW5,000)
