• The above membership is available to foreigners; individuals with nationalities other than KOR according to their passport information, or overseas Koreans (indicated with an “R ”on the passport) are classified as foreigners.
• Membership is open to individuals aged 14 or older.
• Membership information is provided only to those who have consented to receive marketing communications.
• These membership tier selection criteria and benefits apply in 2026 and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice due to company policies.

• Discount benefits under Shinsegae Duty Free Membership may be excluded or discount rates may vary depending on some brands and products.
• Shinsegae Duty Free membership benefits are provided during the maintenance period and are subject to change due to our circumstances.

• Certain brands and products may be excluded from discounts or have varying discount rates.
• Shinsegae Duty Free membership benefits are available during the membership period and may change due to company circumstances.
• The VIP Lounge on the 9th floor of Myeongdong branch is limited to once a day for up to 2 people, including members, after checking your identity with your passport.
• The Incheon Airport Express priority delivery service generates a VIP queue number when you recognize your passport at the delivery counter and is available.
• The Duty Free Points Exchange Coupon, provided as a VIP and BLACK benefits(selected based on performance) can be exchanged into Duty Free Points after presenting the coupon at offline store customer center. 
• (The coupon can be found in 'My Page '>'My Benefits '>'Coupon 'and will be exchanged into points with presentation of the coupon by the member only.) 
• VIP benefit (only for members selected based on performance) of KRW 100,000 in Duty Free Points is valid until 31st of January, 2027.
• BLACK tier benefits (performance-based) include KRW 50,000 in Duty Free Points, and the points are valid for one year from the selection date.
• The above benefits can be received anywhere at the Shinsegae Duty Free Store Customer Center, and can be used as cash equivalents for purchases of more than KRW 1,000 at all Shinsegae Duty Free stores (offline stores &online).
• Any remaining valid points will be restored if the used order is canceled.
• The benefits provided cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.
• These benefits may not be usable for certain items and brands.
• Detailed information on selection benefits will be sent via text message to customers who have agreed to receive marketing advertisement messages.
• If the ‘Partners ’tag is displayed on ‘My Page ’-'Membership Benefits ', tier selection benefits such as the Duty Free Points reward are excluded.

• Shinsegae Duty Free membership tiers are based on total spending online and offline, calculated from purchases completed within the designated period. (Calculation periods vary by tier.)
• GOLD and BLACK tier upgrades are applied on the following month once the qualification criteria are met.
• Upon meeting the BLACK tier selection criteria, the ‘Partners ’tag displayed below the BLACK tier logo on 'My Page '-'Membership Benefits 'will be removed in the following month.
• Certain purchases may be excluded from the tier qualification criteria.
